Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the HRPSP corporate website (hrpsp.net) and related online touchpoints for HR outsourcing, payroll, recruitment, business process outsourcing, and Flexi HRMS/HRIS software and services. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Note: This page is for general information and does not replace any signed contract, service level agreement (SLA), or master services agreement (MSA) between HRPSP and its clients. In case of conflict, the signed agreement will prevail.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, "HRPSP", "we", "us" and "our" refer to HR Perfect Solution Providers (Pvt.) Ltd. and its technology arm Flexi IT Services. "You" and "your" refer to any website visitor, client, prospective client, candidate, or user accessing hrpsp.net or interacting with our online properties.

2. Scope of Website Use

The primary purpose of this website is to provide information about our HR outsourcing, payroll management, recruitment, admin & facility management, business process outsourcing services, and our Flexi product suite (including Flexi HRMS, Flexi Desk, BeSafe HSE CRM, Flexi POS, Flexi CRM, and related solutions). The website may also offer forms to submit enquiries, job applications, or support requests.

Any description of services, case studies, or pricing published on this website is indicative and non-binding. The actual scope of work, commercials, and responsibilities are defined in written proposals, work orders, SLAs, or MSAs signed between HRPSP and a specific client.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

4. Eligibility

This website is intended for use by adults and authorised representatives of organisations. By using the site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to act on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.

5. Recruitment & No Employment Guarantee

HRPSP provides recruitment and talent acquisition services to client organisations. While we may list job opportunities or accept applications through this website, submitting a CV or application does not guarantee employment, interview, or response. Selection decisions are at the sole discretion of the hiring organisation, which may be HRPSP or a client of HRPSP.

6. Proposals, Orders & Contracts

Any proposal, quotation, or commercial offer shared via this website, email, or other digital channels is valid only for the period stated in that document and may be subject to assumptions and dependencies. A binding contract between you and HRPSP comes into existence only when a formal agreement, work order, or SLA is signed by authorised signatories of both parties.

In the event of any inconsistency between information on this website and a signed agreement, the signed agreement will prevail.

7. Fees, Invoicing & Taxes

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all commercial terms (fees, billing frequency, payment timelines, applicable taxes, and currency) are governed by the specific contract executed with each client. Any fee-related information on this website is illustrative and non-binding.

8. Client Responsibilities

Where HRPSP provides HR outsourcing, payroll, recruitment, BPO, admin & facility management, or Flexi HRMS/HRIS services, the client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and timely information and approvals;
  • Ensuring that its use of our services complies with applicable labour, tax, data protection, and employment laws;
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of any portal credentials shared with its authorised users; and
  • Notifying HRPSP promptly of any unauthorised access or suspected misuse.

9. Use of Flexi HRMS & Other Software

Access to Flexi HRMS, Flexi Desk, BeSafe, or any other HRPSP/Flexi IT Services platform is subject to separate software licence terms, SLAs, and user guidelines shared with clients at the time of onboarding. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code;
  • Bypass or interfere with security or usage controls;
  • Use the platforms for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities; or
  • Resell, sub-licence, or provide access to unauthorised third parties, except as permitted in your agreement.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

HRPSP may collect and process personal data such as employee details, payroll information, and contact information as part of providing HR and technology services. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Where required by law or contract, additional data processing terms or data protection agreements may be executed with specific clients to address cross-border transfers, subcontractors, and retention policies.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and other materials, is owned or licensed by HRPSP and/or Flexi IT Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this site without our prior written consent, except for limited personal or internal business review.
